• Help us identify the exit strategy - what is the plan for paying us off?

  • Send color photos right away (or email the appraisal) - this is huge in getting a fast answer - Yes or No!
  • Provide a good summary of what the borrower is looking for in the loan, and why.

  • For a good long term relationship, let us know what other alternatives or lenders you or the borrower are considering - we do not want to waste our time on a deal that someone else is way ahead on.

  • Be prepared to answer if the borrower will cross-collaterize other properties - lower loan to value is always important.

  • If the property is vested in a business entity, are personal guaranties available?

  • Fax or email submissions are preferred over mailed packages.
